Robert X. Cringely has a very interesting perspective on the recent Congress passed internet gambling ban. Not only does it reduce your financial privacy, but it’s not enforceable and will actually lead to higher quality obfuscated money transfer techniques. It’s not good for anyone except terrorists and Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist.
